• Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp Business accounts.
• Design professional social media posts, promotional graphics, banners, carousels and marketing creatives.
• Edit short-form videos, reels, TikToks and YouTube content.
• Create engaging content for study abroad, university admissions, student visas, visit visas and other company services.
• Prepare and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Write engaging captions, headlines and post descriptions.
• Edit videos with suitable transitions, subtitles, music and visual effects.
• Adapt content to different platform formats and audience requirements.
• Assist in creating promotional campaigns and advertising creatives.
• Maintain consistent branding across all social media platforms.
• Stay updated with social media trends, editing techniques and content formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp Business accounts.
• Design professional social media posts, promotional graphics, banners, carousels and marketing creatives.
• Edit short-form videos, reels, TikToks and YouTube content.
• Create engaging content for study abroad, university admissions, student visas, visit visas and other company services.
• Prepare and maintain a social media content calendar.

Required Skills

• Good graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator .
• Practical video editing skills using CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software .
• Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to create attractive, professional and engaging content.
• Knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, subtitles, transitions and social media trends.
• Good communication, creativity and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
• A portfolio of previous designs and edited videos will be an advantage.
