Key Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative residential architectural concepts.

Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, GFC drawings, and municipal submission drawings.

Lead client meetings and translate client requirements into practical, aesthetic designs.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and site execution teams.

Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and execution as per drawings.

Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.

Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architectural design.

Proven experience in designing premium/luxury villas and residences.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.

Excellent design, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to independently handle projects from concept to completion.

Strong coordination and team management skills.
