PPM-Sr. Consultant and Manager

Oracle Project Portfolio Management and hands on experience in end to end implementations make you a strong candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM implementations projects.
• Gather business requirements and design Oracle Cloud PPM solutions.
• Configure and implement Project Management, Project Budgeting, Project Costing, and Project Billing modules.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion PPM with Oracle Primavera and/or Oracle Unifier .
• Deliver solutions for clients in the EPC/Construction industry.
• Collaborate with finance, project management, and business stakeholders across global engagements.
• Support solution design, testing, user training, and go-live activities.

Required Skills

• Oracle Fusion consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) .
• Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain business processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.

Your work profile

· Provide solution leadership across Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and PPM modules (Projects, Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Contracts)

· Guide solution architecture for project-centric finance transformations, including capitalization, revenue recognition, and cost accounting

· Lead Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud migrations involving Financials and PPM

· Drive adoption of Oracle leading practices, Deloitte accelerators, and cloud-native capabilities such as automation and advanced reporting

Key skills required

· 7–14 years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Applications

· Deep hands-on and leadership experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and PPM

· Proven experience leading large delivery teams in a global delivery model

· Strong experience in Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Financials-PPM transformation programs

· Strong understanding of delivery governance, Agile / hybrid delivery models, and risk management

· Strong manufacturing domain knowledge
