Job Description Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflows. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues. Prepare and submit daily reports on project updates and site activities. Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that arise during construction. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant A successful Commercial Superintendent should have: Experience with managing ground up commercial construction projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with various teams. Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently on-site. Knowledge of construction software and project management tools is a plus.
