Key Responsibilities

• Work on hot and qualified leads provided by the company.
• Connect with customers over calls, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable loan products.
• Generate conversions through effective calling, follow-ups, objection handling, and relationship management.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, process, and applicable terms clearly to customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers throughout the sales journey.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Direct Sales, specifically in the financial services industry.
• Experience in selling any of the following products will be preferred: Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, Business Loans, Pre-approved Loans, Overdraft / Credit Products etc.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills .
• Good listening & communicating skills, having command over diction and spoken english.
• Basic understanding of loan processes and financial products.
