Nakshathra Gold and Jewellery is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to scale our online sales across Whats App, Meta, and Tik Tok. If you live and breathe ROAS, conversion funnels, and social commerce, we want to talk to you.

What you'll own:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google ads, Snapchat and Tik Tok Ads to drive qualified traffic and sales.

Own the full funnel — from ad click to Whats App/Meta/Tik Tok inquiry to closed order.

Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers to continuously improve CAC and ROAS

Track and report on key metrics: CPL, CPA, conversion rate, revenue per campaign

Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads from ads/comments are converted efficiently

Identify new growth channels and stay ahead of platform trends (Meta, Tik Tok, Google)

What we're looking for:

2+ years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (Meta & Tik Tok required)

Strong grasp of performance metrics and comfortable working with ad budgets

Experience with e-commerce or D2 C brands preferred; jewellery/fashion/luxury a big plus

Familiarity with social commerce/comment-to-sale funnels is a bonus

Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on numbers, not guesses

Excellent communication and a bias for fast execution
