Mandatory Technical Skills 2+ years of Technical Support / Product Support / Software Support experience (Preferably Saa S) Experience with customer-facing application support Hands-on knowledge of SSO, Access Management, Saa S, Cloud Computing, FTP, SMTP, and HTML Experience working with ticketing/CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
