Location: Miami, FLWe are partnering with a leading private equity firm specializing in residential real estate and related capital markets to hire an AI Project Manager.This is a highly visible opportunity to work directly with the Head of AI Initiatives, helping drive the development, implementation, and adoption of AI across the firm.The role combines AI project management with elements of a junior COO position. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to the Head of AI Initiatives, helping organize priorities, coordinate resources, manage execution, and translate strategic initiatives into tangible business results.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Head of AI Initiatives to manage priorities and drive execution.Coordinate projects across technology, investment, finance, and operations teams.Manage AI initiatives from concept through implementation, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes.Evaluate emerging AI technologies and external vendors.Develop project tracking, reporting, and organizational processes.QualificationsExperience in project management, business operations, technology implementation, or a related function.Strong understanding of AI, particularly generative AI, LLMs, and practical business applications.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact effectively with senior stakeholders.Financial services or investment management experience preferred.Knowledge of residential real estate, mortgage finance, residential credit, or related capital markets is a significant plus.This is not a pure technical or software development role.
