Business Development Manager

We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in international B2B sales, client acquisition, and deal closure . The candidate will be responsible for generating business, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets across global markets.

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue generation across the US, UK, Middle East, APAC, and other international markets.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to proposal, negotiation, and closure .
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, present solutions, and handle commercial discussions.
• Work with internal teams to prepare customized proposals and solutions.
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets .

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B Business Development / International Sales.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and closing deals independently .
• International client-handling experience is mandatory.
• Experience in IT Services, eLearning, EdTech, SaaS, LMS, or technology services is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English .
• Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Experience with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and sales prospecting tools .
