HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Manager Med Surg Oncology to lead a dedicated inpatient oncology/medical-surgical unit. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring safe, evidence-based nursing care. You will mentor and develop nursing staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, and support quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives. The RN Manager will collaborate closely with physicians, case management, and ancillary teams to drive excellent patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement in a culture focused on compassion, learning, and teamwork.
