We’re hiring Collections Specialists for an exciting U.S. customer-facing voice process in Gurgaon, Haryana!

Location: Gurgaon (GGN), Sector 30

Mode: Work From Office

Role: Collections Specialist - US Process

Work Week: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Offs

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Cab: Free Both-Way Cab Facility

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with U.S.-based customers

• Manage past-due accounts with empathy and professionalism

• Resolve billing disputes and account-related concerns

• Negotiate realistic payment arrangements

• Maintain accurate CRM notes, payment promises & account records

• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving collection goals

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in First-Party Collections / International Customer Support
• U.S. Voice experience preferred
• Minimum B2 English proficiency
• Strong communication & conflict-resolution skills
• High emotional intelligence and customer-handling ability
• Comfortable working from the Gurgaon office & during night shifts.
