About the Role
This senior leadership position serves as a core strategic partner to executive leadership, driving long-term planning, inorganic growth through M&A, capital initiatives, and digital operational transformation across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Strategy & Planning: Formulate multi-year strategic frameworks, Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and growth roadmaps for board-level presentations.
- M&A & Deal Execution: Manage end-to-end M&A processes—target screening, financial valuation models, due diligence management, deal structuring, and post-merger integration (PMI).
- Capital & Growth Initiatives: Evaluate strategic joint ventures, partnerships, debt fundraising, and capital market readiness (including IPOs).
- Operational & Tech Transformation: Lead technology and AI-driven initiatives to streamline workflows, optimize working capital, and enhance profit margins.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Align operational, sales, product, and finance teams through structured OKRs and performance frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A, Management Consulting, or Chief of Staff roles.
- Education: MBA from a Tier-1 B-School (FMS Delhi, IIM A/B/C, ISB) and/or B.Tech from a top engineering institute (IIT Kharagpur, IIT Bombay/Delhi/Madras).
- Industry Background: Track record in B2B Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, E-Commerce, or Industrial Tech.
