Area Sales Manager- South

Job Title : Area Sales Manager – Retail Region- South Position Summary The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is in charge of the Nestasia Business in his/her Territory (South & West), and reports directly to the Founder. The ASM manages all sales-generating activities and relationships in order to grow EBO and store in store sales in the assigned territory. The key role is to increase top-line sales revenue while following strict brand guidelines in terms of profitability (promotional rebates) and brand visibility (approved artworks and merchandise items). The ASM will be a leader who can train, lead-by-example and motivate the sales organization to execute the planned activities and deliver the expected results.
