Research Director

Lead the institution's research ecosystem by promoting innovation, research excellence, publications, funded projects, and strategic collaborations.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement research strategies. Promote research projects, publications, and patents. Build collaborations with universities and industries. Guide faculty in research funding and proposal writing. Coordinate NAAC, NBA, and NIRF research activities. Organize research conferences, FDPs, and workshops. Eligibility Minimum 10 years of experience as Professor in a University system. Minimum 10 years of experience in a reputed research, academic, or administrative organization. Strong leadership and strategic management skills. Experience with NAAC, NBA, and NIRF processes is preferred.
