Position Profile: Junior Corporate Spanish or Italian is a plus Role and Responsibilities Conduct legal and tax research on business, international tax, and cross-border planning issues Assist in the preparation of memoranda and client-facing materials Support structuring of international investments, entities, and trusts Assist with drafting legal documents (trust agreements, corporate documents, and internal memoranda) Take an active role in managing assignments, including anticipating next steps and identifying planning opportunities Collaborate directly with partners and coordinate with foreign counsel and advisors Contribute to the development of the firm’s network, including maintaining relationships with peers, alumni, and international contacts Participate in relevant professional events, bar associations, and international tax forums Professional Development and Initiative The firm places a high value on associates who take initiative in their professional development. Associates are expected to actively build and maintain a network of professional contacts, including peers, alumni, and international advisors. Over time, this is intended to contribute to both the associate’s growth and the firm’s broader relationships and client development efforts.
