As a Plumbing Lead Generator , you’ll work inside a Nationally Recognized Retail Home Improvement Store near your home, engaging with customers and educating them on their plumbing needs, available services, and the benefits of professional plumbing solutions. You’ll help generate leads for free, in-home plumbing consultations and promote our plumbing services to homeowners.

Previous plumbing experience is required. The ideal candidate will have plumbing industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage customers confidently while identifying opportunities for plumbing services. Pay:

• $24 - $28 per hour PLUS commission pay
• Average hourly earnings of $20-30/hr after commissions
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Company Car

Location:

• Sacremento, CA

 Schedule:

• Tuesday - Saturday shifts
• Full Time - hours may vary but typically are between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Weekly in-office meetings are required

What do you need

• Ability to work independently in a retail environment
• Willingness to approach, speak and engage with customers
• Plumbing experience is required
• Sales experience preferred
• Ability to answer plumbing questions
• Driven personality with an internal competitive spirit to exceed goals
• Willingness to work weekend, high-volume, retail hours.  Some holidays required
• Ability to stand/walk during shift duration
• Responsibility to represent the Beutler brand with a clean appearance
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old at date of application
• Ability to pass background screenings and drug screen
