Company Description Build91 Studio is a real-estate visualization & digital-content agency. We provide builders and developers with Interactive Digital Experiences, 3D renders, virtual tours, drone/aerial films, interactive project microsites, and marketing content that help their sales teams sell projects faster and more effectively. We serve clients across India, UAE, and Australia.

The Opportunity

We're looking for well-connected Real Estate Sales Consultants / Channel Partners to bring us in front of developers who want to strengthen how their projects are presented and sold. You already have relationships with developers, sales heads, and marketing decision-makers — we have the studio that gives their sales teams better tools to close. Refer us a project, we deliver the services, you earn a commission. No targets, no fixed hours.

What You'll Do

• Introduce Build91 Studio to real estate developers, builders, and sales/marketing teams in your network
• Identify projects that could benefit from Interactive Digital Experiences, 3D visualization, virtual tours, location intelligence (drone/aerial content), project microsites, or digital marketing collateral
• Facilitate intro calls/meetings between the developer and our team
• Stay loosely involved through the deal and project execution cycle to help close

Who We're Looking For

• Active in real estate sales, broking, or channel partnerships
• Strong existing network of developers, builders, or real estate marketing teams
• Proven ability to acquire and bring on new clients — a track record of turning relationships into signed business, not just contacts on a list
• Understands what developers need to sell projects faster and what makes their sales collateral work
• Self-driven — this is a lead-gen/referral partnership, not a desk job
