THE ROLE

A client-facing opportunity focused on Global Mobility, International Assignments, Project Coordination and Service Delivery , working with global/onshore teams and managing multiple assignments and workstreams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate international assignments & mobility services

• Manage client, assignee & stakeholder communication

• Coordinate with global, onshore & service provider teams

• Track SLA, TAT, milestones & deadlines

• Manage multiple projects/workstreams

• Drive MIS, KPI, dashboards & reporting

• Coordinate billing, invoicing & budget tracking

• Support tax & payroll-related mobility services

• Manage quality checks, issues & escalations

IDEAL PROFILE

4–8 years of experience in:

Global Mobility | Mobility Operations | International Assignments | Assignment Management | Client Administration | Project Coordination | Service Delivery

Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization and prioritization skills.
