6 - 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on hiring for SAP (Mandatory). Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation. Strong experience using Naukri, Linked In, and other job portals for effective candidate sourcing and talent mapping as it's an Individual Contribution role. Excellent communication and comprehension skills with the ability to assess both technical and behavioural competencies. Confident personality with the ability to interact professionally with hiring managers and business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring targets within defined timelines. Willingness to work from Office 5 days a week (11 AM – 8 PM IST). Work location: Bangalore/Pune
