Purpose of the Role

The role is mainly about helping customers with their questions, problems, and requests

through different communication channels. The focus is on understanding the customer's

needs and providing quick, accurate, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide the right solutions.

• Communicate with customers through calls, emails, chat, and other digital channels.

• Provide a personalized and positive customer experience.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and within the required timelines.

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other internal teams to

resolve customer requests.

• Ensure customer transactions and requests are completed accurately and on time.

• Follow all banking regulations, compliance requirements, and company policies.

• Identify areas where existing digital tools or technology may not fully support customer

needs and help improve the process.

• Support other business functions such as Risk Management, Compliance, and

Collections when required.

Key Requirements

• Experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills – No compromise.

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service / customer support.

• Strong ability to handle inbound calls on a daily basis.

• Comfortable working in high-pressure and stressful environments.

• Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including rotational shifts.

• Strong adaptability and learning mindset.
