Head of Counseling Department

Health Basix is looking for an experienced Mental Health Professional to lead our Counseling & Special Education vertical across partner schools in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor & supervise Counselors and Special Educators
• Ensure quality delivery of Counseling, SEL & Special Education programs
• Provide clinical oversight for complex/high-risk cases and safeguarding
• Build strong relationships with school leadership and stakeholders
• Lead recruitment, training and professional development
• Develop SEL content, workshops and training programs
• Manage team operations, reporting and staffing

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology or related field
• 6+ years of experience in counseling/school mental health
• Strong knowledge of School Counseling, SEL & Special Education
• Familiarity with POCSO and child safeguarding practices
• M.Phil./additional child & adolescent mental health certifications preferred

Location: Work from Home | Campus visits as required

Employment: Full-time

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 Per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
