- Analyze supplier data using multiple software applications to identify and resolve statement and unvouchered receipt issues.
- Partner with suppliers, Supply Chain Management, and Distribution Centers to monitor, document, resolve, and escalate account discrepancies.
- Lead conference calls and collaborate with supplier partners to resolve issues and drive continuous process improvements.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely and fiscally responsible manner to support Accounts Payable performance goals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports to reconcile accounts and communicate potential financial exposure to leadership.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required.
- Two or more years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience, including issue resolution, preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
