We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing office and work closely with our U.S.-based staff and partners.

Position Overview:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving growth and managing operations. You will play a key role in supporting our U.S. operations from our Bangalore office and contribute to building strong client relationships and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients and third party service providers.
• Bridge communication between subject matter experts (SMEs), U.S. teams, and clients to ensure clarity and timely delivery.
• Participate in requirements gathering and kickoff meetings.
• Track deliverables, monitor timelines, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Resolve client issues proactively and escalate concerns as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/ Master degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, ideally with international exposure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during evening hours (to align with U.S. time zones).
• Experience with international project coordination is a plus.
