As a key member of the restaurant's leadership team, you will oversee daily operations, lead and inspire the service team, and help create a welcoming, memorable dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate brings strong operational expertise, a genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while upholding the standards of the Wolfgang Puck brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent execution of service standards and a seamless guest experience.Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members, fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture.Maintain a strong floor presence, anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure alignment, communication, and consistent execution.Monitor labor, scheduling, inventory, and operating expenses to support financial performance.Uphold standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and compliance with all applicable regulations.Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development.Drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and operational excellence while representing Wolfgang Puck's commitment to quality and hospitality.Qualifications2 years recent restaurant management experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.A genuine passion for food, beverage, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and operational controls.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and a schedule aligned with restaurant operations.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentivesMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time offDining discounts across Wolfgang Puck restaurantsClear growth and advancement opportunities within the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group
Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 / year
