Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical problems involving production machinery and facility equipment

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce equipment downtime

Inspect equipment and identify worn, damaged, or malfunctioning components

Repair or replace bearings, belts, chains, motors, pumps, and related parts

Read equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, and schematics

Assist with equipment installation, adjustment, and startup

Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore operations safely

Document completed repairs and maintenance activities

Follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements

Requirements

Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required

Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals

Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures

Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, or fabrication experience is preferred

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work around machinery

Ability to lift and move tools, parts, and equipment as required
