Location: Kharadi, Pune
Reports to: Founder
Experience: 8–12 years in Pune Real Estate
CTC: ₹8–12 Lakh Fixed + Performance Incentives | ₹20 Lakh+ potential for a strong year
We’re looking for someone who can build and run East Pune as their own business.
At RealtyRoof, the Branch Head will own the entire East Pune business — revenue, P&L, team, inventory, developer relationships and growth.
The territory includes:
Kharadi | Wagholi | Kalyani Nagar | Viman Nagar | Mundhwa | Keshav Nagar | Hadapsar
The business spans Primary Sales, Resale and Rentals.
Business
- Full P&L responsibility for the East Pune cluster
- Monthly & quarterly brokerage revenue targets
- Revenue growth, margins and cost discipline
- Lead economics — CPL, site visits, conversions and closures
Inventory
- Exclusive resale mandates
- Rental inventory
- Builder / developer inventory
- Building a strong, recurring inventory pipeline across East Pune
Team
- Start with a team of 4–6 agents
- Scale the team to 12–15
- Hiring, training, target setting and retention
- Build a high-performance sales culture
- Take ownership of performance management and exits
Market & Relationships
- Build and manage developer relationships
- Strengthen Channel Partner relationships across East Pune
- Build a strong local broker network
- Develop deeper relationships within the Kharadi–Viman Nagar–Mundhwa corridor
We want a real estate operator , not just someone who has managed a sales team.
You should have:
- 8–12 years of Pune real estate experience
- Minimum 3 years running a branch, cluster or business unit
- Proven revenue ownership — tell us the annual brokerage revenue you carried and what you actually achieved
- Existing relationships with developers and Channel Partners in East Pune
- Experience hiring, training and retaining sales professionals
- Strong understanding of Primary, Resale and Rental transactions
- Hands-on knowledge of Agreement to Sale, Registration, Stamp Duty, RERA basics and Home Loan coordination
- Strong command of Marathi, Hindi and English
- Strong CRM and reporting discipline
If your deals, follow-ups and pipeline exist only in WhatsApp, this isn't the role for you.
- Existing resale listings in Kharadi / Viman Nagar / Mundhwa
- NRI client-handling experience
- Experience building a branch from a small base
- Strong local broker / referral network
- Experience working with premium residential projects
₹8–12 Lakh Fixed + Performance Incentives
A strong performer can take total annual earnings to ₹20 Lakh+ .
