Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)Salary: $130,000- $180,000Direct Hire Division of Consilio, LLC is working with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking to hire a Benefits Manager. This position is not with Consilio directly; it is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with the law firm.A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Manager to provide strategic leadership over the revenue and billing function, driving financial performance, optimizing cash flow, and enhancing both internal and external client relationships.This is an excellent opportunity for a legal industry professional with deep expertise in revenue cycle management, billing operations, collections, and financial analytics.Responsibilities:Lead the firm’s revenue and billing strategy to maximize cash flow and operational efficiency.Oversee revenue recognition, WIP management, billing, collections, accounts receivable, and cash application processes.Manage and mentor revenue and billing professionals while ensuring high levels of services and accountability.Monitor key performance metrics, including:Cash collectionsDSO (Days Sales Outstanding)AR agingWIP agingSpeed-to-bill and speed to collect metricsWrite-offs and write-downsPartner with firm leadership, attorneys, practice groups, and finance stakeholders to improve financial performance.Analyze trends and develop action plans to address performance gaps and improve profitability.Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the revenue cycle.Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Power BI to deliver actionable reporting and business insights.Support e-billing initiatives and ensure compliance with client billing requirements.Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and process optimization projects.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required ( Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred)10-15 years of progressive experience managing the full revenue and billing cycle within a law firm7+ years of supervisory or management experienceStrong understanding of:Revenue recognitionBilling OperationsCollectionsAccounts receivableWIP ManagementFinancial reporting and analysisAdvanced experience with:Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (d365 F&O)Power BIE-billing platforms and legal billing systemProven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive process improvementsStrong analytical, communication, and relationship- management skillsELS Consilio, LLC Direct Hire Division staffs’ positions, for Consilio clients and does not staff for internal corporate positions at Consilio.
