Head of Business Development

About the Company Team One Arteq (TOA) is looking for an experienced Business Development Head to drive strategic growth in the corporate interior fit-out segment. About the Role This role will focus on building strong client relationships, expanding the business pipeline, and securing high-value workplace interior projects. Responsibilities Business Growth Drive new business opportunities in corporate interior fit-outs Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Client Relationships Develop relationships with corporate clients, developers, and consultants Identify workplace transformation and office interior opportunities Market Expansion Build strong networks with CRE brokers, workplace consultants, and project management firms Track market trends and identify new business opportunities in India and Abroad. Strategic Partnerships Collaborate with design, project delivery, and leadership teams Position TOA for large workplace interior mandates Proposal & Conversion Lead pitch presentations, proposals, and negotiations Convert leads into successful project wins Qualifications Experience: 12 – 20 Years Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering MBA preferred Required Skills Corporate Interior Business Development Client Relationship Management Workplace Strategy & Sales Proposal & Pitch Development Market Expansion & Lead Generation Strategic Partnerships Preferred Skills Has strong relationships within corporate real estate and workplace consulting networks Has a proven track record of securing large corporate interior projects Is comfortable engaging with CXOs, developers, and corporate clients Pay range and compensation package Opportunity to drive strategic business growth, work with a growing design-build organization, and exposure to large corporate workplace projects.
