Job Description
Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email. Assist customers with hotel bookings, flight reservations, and travel-related services. Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain professional communication and adhere to quality and compliance standards. Experience Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice or Blended Process . Experience in the Travel & Hospitality BPO Industry is mandatory. Candidates must have hands-on experience in Hotel Bookings, Flight Bookings, Travel Reservations, or Travel Customer Support .
