Position OverviewThe Director / Partner will oversee complex tax engagements, provide strategic tax planning to high-net-worth individuals and closely held entities, and play a key role in developing and expanding client relationships. This role offers a clear path for leadership impact and business growth within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of multiple client engagementsReview and sign off on high-net-worth individual, fiduciary, partnership, and corporate tax filingsProvide advanced tax consulting, planning, and structuring strategiesDevelop and expand client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional servicesCultivate and grow a book of businessCollaborate on strategic initiativesSupervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
Qualifications xzbcwsv Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AccountingActive CPA license required10+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on high-net-worth clientsDemonstrated ability to manage complex tax compliance and planning engagementsProven business development experience or desire to grow a book of businessStrong leadership, communication, and client service skills
Compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to level of experience, skills, education, and certifications.
