Mission Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Trauma Spine Med Surg unit in Asheville, NC. In this leadership role, you will coordinate patient care for complex trauma and spine cases, support bedside nurses, and ensure adherence to evidence-based med-surg nursing standards. You will participate in care planning, patient and family education, and interdisciplinary rounding while monitoring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The Coordinator mentors staff, supports onboarding and education, assists with staffing and throughput, and partners with physicians to drive excellent clinical outcomes and patient experience.
