URGENT HIRING | FACILITY MANAGER – SOFT SERVICES

Position: Facility Manager – Soft Services

Location: Dholera, Gujarat

Experience: 6–14 Years

Sodexo India Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Facility Manager – Soft Services to manage end-to-end soft service operations and ensure excellent service delivery at the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Supervise soft services including housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping, and waste management .
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners for smooth facility operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and monitor service quality as per client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, fire regulations, and emergency protocols.
• Manage manpower planning, attendance, grooming, training, and performance of housekeeping teams.
• Handle office administration, utility bills, inventory, consumables, and vendor documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and support audits.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with technical teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality , or any relevant discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in housekeeping and soft services management.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations, statutory compliance, and facility operations.
• Experience in corporate offices, industrial sites, manufacturing plants, hospitals, or large commercial facilities will be preferred.
