Location: Arlington, VA | HybridSalary: $65,000–$80,000
We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join its team in Arlington, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional who wants broad, hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, HR operations, and employee support.The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, talent, people operations, or a related area and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll DoSupport day-to-day HR operations across recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and performance managementAssist with performance review and goal-setting cycles, including follow-ups and process coordinationSupport outbound sourcing efforts for open positions across the organizationCoordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the hiring processMaintain accurate employee and HR data across internal platformsUpdate and improve existing HR processes and playbooksRespond to employee and stakeholder questions and provide ongoing HR supportProactively communicate updates, priorities, and potential roadblocksHelp create scalable, organized HR processes as the organization continues to grow
What We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, talent, people operations, or a related roleAbility to work from the Arlington, VA office in a hybrid capacityStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills and confidence working with employees, leadership, and external stakeholdersDetail-oriented approach, particularly around data and process documentationProactive, solutions-oriented mindsetExperience with HR and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Rippling, Paycom, Lattice, or similar systems is a plus Human Resources Specialist
