Responsibilities:Collaborate with co-teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored for early learners.Implement accommodations and modifications to ensure all students participate fully.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social interaction.Support students with disabilities in participating in the general curriculum.Maintain documentation and communicate progress with families and staff.
Qualifications:Valid Illinois early childhood teaching certification or license.Experience working in inclusive classrooms or with students with disabilities.Ability to collaborate effectively with general education and support staff.Strong understanding of developmental and educational needs of young children.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
