Job Description Supervise all on-site construction activities, including ground-up and renovation projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly. Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management. Maintain clear communication with clients and project teams.
