Job Description
Role : Clinical Research Coordinator - 3 month Contract assignment, 40 hours a week
Location : Onsite - Falls Church, VA 22042
- Relocation candidates will NOT be considered for this position
- Role is 100% onsite, there is no opportunity for hybrid or remote work at this time
Therapeutic Area : Cardiology
Employment Type : Position is a contract, project based support role - current contract duration is estimated to be 3 months, possibility for extension depending on project needs
Schedule/ Shift:
- 40 hours a week
- M-F during daytime business hours - NO evenings/weekends
Responsibilities/ Job Duties:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) with a strong focus on prescreening and recruitment responsibilities to support the successful execution of cardiology clinical trials. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in chart review, phone screening, appointment scheduling and reminders, and who also have experience with source document storage and regulatory support for interventional clinical trials.
The CRC will be responsible for:
- Chart Review
- Phone Screening
- Scheduling/Appointment Reminders, participant follow-up
- EDC Data verification, Data Entry
- Source Document Storage, Regulatory Support
- lab kit support
