Our client, Easterseals Crossroads, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Children’s Therapy Services team. - Conducting evaluations; developing treatment diagnoses, goals, and plans

- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
- Active Indiana OT license through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)
- Pediatric and developmental disabilities experience preferred
- Ability to travel between work locations as required.
- Strong knowledge of typical and atypical child development
- Ability to plan, adapt, and modify environments and materials
- Experience using evidence-based interventions
- Effective communication with children, families, and professionals
- Strong organization and documentation skills
- Comfort working in active, hands-on therapy environments.
