We are seeking a Senior Energetics Formulation Chemist - working on the Development

of energetic materials for solid rocket motor applications:

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with energetic materials and solid

propellants, understanding of formulation development:

Prerequisites:

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science.
• 5-10 years experience in energetic materials, solid propellants, solid rocket motor propulsion in an aerospace, defense environments a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Technical leadership in an engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical clientele.
• Propellant formulation, material properties, rheology, cure chemistry, and performance.
• Launching energetic materials laboratories, pilot lines, testing, and failure analysis.
• Must be a US Citizen, due to our adherence to ITAR Regulations.

You will get:

• Base Range: $125,000 - $225,000 + per year.
