Being Ingenious Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Performance Marketing to join our Gurugram team.

If you are someone who can independently manage Meta & Google Ads, tracking, analytics, optimization, and a small performance marketing team , we’d like to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For / Experience Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of solid, continuous work experience with a single company
• No employment break during the relevant experience period
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads

META ADS – Must Have Hands-on Experience

Candidate should have worked on:

• Lead Generation Campaigns
• Awareness Campaigns
• Engagement Campaigns
• Saved Audiences
• Custom Audiences
• Lookalike Audiences
• Conversion Tracking
• Conversion API (CAPI) setup & implementation

GOOGLE ADS – Must Have Hands-on Experience

Candidate should have worked on:

• Search Campaigns
• Demand Gen Campaigns
• Video Campaigns
• Display Campaigns
• Remarketing Audiences
• Custom Audiences
• Campaign optimization & performance analysis

TRACKING & ANALYTICS

Strong working knowledge of:

• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• Conversion & event tracking
• Troubleshooting tracking-related issues

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with Meta & Google Support Teams for account, campaign, tracking and technical issues
• Take ownership of performance marketing campaigns from setup to optimization
• Analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
• Lead the performance marketing function
• Manage and guide a team of 2–3 people
• Ensure timely execution, reporting and optimization of campaigns

Work From Office – Gurugram, Haryana

Remote / Work From Home is NOT available for this position.
