Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics ERP Trainer to deliver instructor-led and corporate training programs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, with specialization in either Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Finance modules.

The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, and excellent training and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led classroom and virtual training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations, labs, and real-time use cases.
• Develop and update training content, presentations, lab guides, and assessments.
• Mentor learners on ERP implementation concepts and best practices.
• Support curriculum enhancement based on Microsoft product updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful training delivery.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide feedback.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Functional expertise in either:
• Supply Chain Management (SCM), or
• Finance.
• Good understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct corporate and classroom training.

Educational Qualification

Preferred:

• B.E./B.Tech + MBA (Supply Chain Management or Finance)

OR

• MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or Finance

Preferred Experience

• 1-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Prior experience as a Corporate Trainer, Functional Consultant, or ERP Consultant.
• Experience delivering instructor-led or corporate training programs.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an added advantage.
