We’re looking for a Desktop Systems Engineer to join a fast-paced technical support team. This role is hands-on, working with a wide range of hardware and software in a constantly evolving environment. Al
Ideal candidates are resourceful, collaborative, and eager to grow their technical skills in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:Provide onsite desktop support for corporate office and trading floor users.Set up, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.Manage user accounts, device provisioning, VPN access, and permissions.Support conference room technology and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).Perform hardware installations (monitors, cards, etc.) and troubleshoot issues.Automate recurring support tasks and contribute to process improvements.Evaluate new tools and technologies for internal use.
Requirements:Strong experience supporting Windows 11Familiar with workstation builds, encryption toolsProficient with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel) and Exchange.Knowledge of SCCM/MEMCM or similar systems (2+ years preferred).Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. xzbcwsv PowerShell Scripting (Python Preferred)
Desired:Experience with Intune, macOS or Linux support.
