About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Creative Director – Ar t to lead the visual direction of our brand and campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with exceptional design sensibility, inspiring creative teams to produce innovative, impactful, and commercially successful work across digital, print, social, film, and experiential platforms.

Key Responsibilitie

• Define and drive the overall visual creative vision for the brand
• Lead concept development for integrated marketing campaigns
• Manage and mentor a team of Art Directors, Designers, Illustrators, and other creative professionals
• Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Strategists, Marketing, Product, and Client teams
• Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to senior stakeholders and clients
• .Ensure creative excellence, consistency, and brand integrity across all touchpoints
• .Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, AI tools, and cultural movements
• .Oversee photoshoots, video productions, illustrations, and creative executions
• .Review and approve creative work before delivery
• .Balance creativity with business objectives, timelines, and budgets
• .Drive innovation by introducing new creative approaches and design methodologies
• .Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing creative culture

Required Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 10–15+ years of experience in mainline agencies
• 2+ years in a leadership or Creative Director role
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing award-worthy creative work across multiple platforms
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AI-powered creative tools is preferred
• Experience leading integrated campaigns from concept to execution
