Business Development Executive – IT/SaaS

We're looking for a driven Business Development professional with end-to-end BD experience in the IT or SaaS industry to join our growing team at Soft Suave.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Market Exploration : Partner with the Business Development Manager to expand Soft Suave's market presence and drive growth.
• Client Relations : Own client interactions end-to-end — from prospecting and proposal writing to follow-ups and closing — while building strong new business relationships.
• Competitive Edge : Track competitor activity, conduct competitive analysis, and bring sharp insights to strengthen our market position.
• Collaboration & Communication : Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of end-to-end BD experience in IT/SaaS (prospecting through closing)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Resilience and a positive, tenacious approach to rejection and pipeline-building
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple accounts/tasks
• Research-driven mindset with sales and competitive analysis acumen
• Customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
