Team Leadership, Capability drive certifications, onboarding, and continuous education while fostering a collaborative, no-blame culture. Manage territory and regional Install vertical teams in collaboration with global matrix leadership. Impact: higher retention; consistent technical excellence. Pipeline, Project Execution influence system designs and specifications; represent the brand technically at industry events, consultant meetings, and partner forums. Impact: higher conversion; expanded partner ecosystem. Data, Standards improved operational maturity. Cross-Functional Execution improved technical customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).
