Job description:Member & Retail ServicesPin Club Golf | Eau Claire, WIPart-Time | $15.00-18.00/hourPin Club Golf is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Member & Retail Services Associates.As we prepare to open our new indoor golf facility in Eau Claire, this position will play an important role in creating the experience our members and guests receive every time they walk through the door.This is more than a traditional front-desk position. Team members will assist with simulator operations, memberships, retail, facility upkeep, events, and the day-to-day needs of a growing golf business.ResponsibilitiesWelcome members and guests and provide a friendly, professional experienceAssist guests with check-in, reservations, memberships, and general questionsHelp customers become comfortable using golf simulator equipment and softwareAssist with retail sales, merchandising, inventory, and product displaysAnswer questions about Pin Club memberships, simulator services, leagues, lessons, events, and other offeringsHelp maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready facilityMonitor simulator bays and common areas during operating hoursAssist with basic food and beverage/concession service as applicableSupport leagues, tournaments, corporate events, and other Pin Club programmingHelp identify customer needs and connect guests with the appropriate Pin Club products or servicesFollow facility opening, closing, security, safety, and operating proceduresAssist management with additional day-to-day operational needsWhat We're Looking ForFriendly and comfortable interacting with customersDependable, responsible, and able to work independentlyStrong communication skillsWillingness to learn new technology and golf simulator systemsAbility to stay organized while handling multiple responsibilitiesComfortable working in a growing business where responsibilities may evolveInterest in golf is strongly preferred, but extensive golf experience is not requiredRetail, hospitality, recreation, golf, or customer-service experience is a plusScheduleThis is a part-time position with hours based on facility and staffing needs.Availability during daytime, evenings and weekends is strongly preferred.
