As a vital member of the Talent Team, the full-time remote Recruiter - Temporary will execute recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experiences, and manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for boutique and corporate positions. Key responsibilities Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define vacancies and share labor market insights Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing methods while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to provide market feedback and facilitate the interview process Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at both boutique and corporate levels Proven ability to manage a high requisition count (20+) while maintaining strong relationships Experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for sales associates Proficiency in using ATS, social media, and Microsoft Office tools Strong communication skills and a passion for luxury retail
