As we expand, we are looking for a Head of Learning & Research to lead the intellectual heart of KCITE. The Role

This role is intended for experienced K–12 education professionals and is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to corporate learning and development or corporate training.

We are looking for an educator who is deeply curious about learning, passionate about educational research, and excited to transform research into meaningful professional learning experiences for teachers and school leaders.

You will lead the design of KCITE's learning ecosystem—from teacher development programmes and leadership academies to research publications, conferences, podcasts, and thought leadership that serve the K–12 education sector.

Your work will influence thousands of educators across schools and institutions. Essential Qualifications & Experience Master's or Ph D in Education, Learning Sciences, Psychology, Curriculum, Educational Leadership, or a related field. 8–12+ years of experience in K–12 education , including teacher professional development, curriculum leadership, instructional design, educational research, school leadership, or academic leadership. Prior experience working with K–12 schools is essential. Experience with one or more K–12 curricula, including CBSE, Cambridge, and/or IB, is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating professional learning programmes for teachers and school leaders. Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum design, assessment, instructional coaching, adult learning, and educational technology. Experience conducting or publishing educational research, action research, or evidence-based initiatives is highly desirable. Why Join KCITE?
