Job Description Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth project workflow. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any potential delays or cost overruns. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project disruptions. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders as required. Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and standards. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project teams. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on ground-up multifamily construction projects. Strong background in large-scale wood-frame multifamily developments. Experience working on projects with podium decks, structured parking, or wrap-style communities preferred. Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
