Finance Advisory Director (Finance Advisory)

Location Required for Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad, Pakistan

• Practice Leadership &
  Strategy: Define
  the strategic direction for the finance advisory arm, identifying emerging
  market trends such as ESG reporting or AI-driven
  financial transformation.
• High-Stakes Business Development: Lead the acquisition of major
  corporate accounts and manage the sales pipeline. This includes pitching
  to C-suite executives and securing high-value consulting mandates.
• Strategic Client Oversight: Act as the "engagement
  partner" on multi-million projects, providing final oversight on
  complex financial advice, M&A due diligence, and capital structuring.
• Talent Development & Culture: Oversee the recruitment,
  training, and retention of a diverse team of leads, associates, and
  analysts. You are responsible for the firm’s future leadership pipeline.
• Operational Excellence: Manage the practice's budget,
  utilization rates, and profitability. Ensure that project delivery meets
  the firm's quality and risk management standards.
• Industry Thought Leadership: Represent the firm as a subject
  matter expert at global conferences, publishing white papers on the future
  of finance and regulatory shifts (e.g., IFRS 18 updates).

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2–4+ years in
  professional services or corporate finance, with a proven track record of
  managing large-scale advisory teams and hitting revenue targets.
• Education: Mandatory senior certifications
  such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CA
• Advanced Expertise:
• Technological Literacy: Deep understanding of Cloud
  ERP ecosystems (SAP S/4HANA, Workday) and predictive
  analytics.
• Regulatory Mastery: Expert knowledge of global
  financial frameworks and compliance standards.
• Soft Skills: Executive presence, negotiation
  prowess, and the ability to navigate high-pressure political environments
  within client organizations.
