FlexStaff is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Detox/Rehab unit at our client, a premier behavioral health center in Lower Manhattan. Shift: 11am-9pm (4 days a week, Mon-Fri) w/one weekend rotation per month. Salary Range: Min: 132,000 Max: $156,000 commensurate with experience They are seeking candidates with: Acute-care behavioral health experience Strong working knowledge of New York State regulatory standards, including OMH (Office of Mental Health) and OASAS (Office of Addiction Services and Supports). Proven experience managing unionized staff and administering collective bargaining agreements/contracts.
